Parties Split on Libyan No–Fly Zone
Parties Split on Libyan No–Fly Zone

There doesn’t seem to be any clear right or left opinion on the institution of a multi force action on a no-fly zone in Libya. Democrats and Republicans seem split on their opinions whether or not we should have gotten involved at all in the police action sanctioned by the UN to institute the no-fly zone to protect the people of Libya from the brutality of their dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
Even the far left and far right appear as though they can’t pick a clear opinion on this matter. Past UN Ambassador John Bolton and General Mc Inerney seldom disagree on operations such as this, but this morning on Fox news, Bolton this involvement was warranted and Gen Mc Inerney said it was foolish to get involved.
The left is already posturing saying that the right pushed for this involvement, and they would like to know how “they” are going to pay for it. Because the congress wasn’t even involved in the decision, there is no right party involved in the decision at all………….the decision was clearly one man’s and one man alone, and that is Barack Obama. This is one decision he can’t lay at ANYBODY else’s doorstep. Let the democrats say what they will but the decision to spend $350 billion dollars a week on the enforcement of a no-fly zone over Libya while fighting undeclared wars in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, and now Libya.
